Returns are very easy with Namaste Plaza


If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you ordered, please return it to us for refund

Please go through the below conditions before returning any product

1.Items must be in new condition

2.Items must be in original packing and accessories

3.Number of days after which the items can be returned is restricted to two weeks after the delivery of the items

4.Products can be returned after the first use and no later than that

5.Products must be in original package

6.Products cannot be returned without a valid reason. They can be returned if they do not meet the expected level of quality. (Eg: Opened packages, expired products or products that are not cleaned)

7.Products without any damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. By Damage we mean- expired products, opened packets, spoilt food items can be returned

8.Perishable items cannot be returned/ exchanged eg: Baby formula cannot be returned
